Huangshi Dongbei Electrical Appliance Repairs Co., Ltd is principally engaged in manufacture and distribution of compressors. The Company’s major products are compressors, automobile castings, optoelectronic products and solar water heaters, including hot drink dispensers, desktop refrigeration show cases, ice-cream machines, slush dispensers, automobile castings and compressor castings, among others. The Company also involves in provision of hotel services. Its compressor products are primarily applied in manufacture of refrigerators and freezers. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company produced approximately 1,423 sets of compressors. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had three subsidiaries and one affiliate, which involved in provision of hotel services, research and development of optoelectronic equipment, as well as manufacture and distribution of solar water heaters, compressors and compressor motors.
